There are many ways to get a dog to obey you. Just because one way works, does not mean that it is a good way.
In Meatball Obedience Training the message is that your dog has a right to a reward, respect and a pleasant attitude. The book describes how you get a happy, obedient and harmonious dog by using ‘soft’ methods and lots of meatballs or something else that your dog loves. The book also contains examples of how both children and adults can train their dog to sit, lie down and play games. This is positive dog training that all the family can join in with.
