Tone Schunnesson Shortlisted

Tone Schunnesson’s novel Tripprapporter/Trip Treports has been nominted for the Borås Tidning’s Debut Prize.

The jury’s comment:
“a novel that with fierce stands up for adversity and loneliness, drugs and the female independence”.

Tone Schunnesson, born in 1988, has attended the Writing School at Biskops Arnö and is currently studying philosophy at the University of Södertörn in Stockholm. Her debut novel is an uncompromising and poetic journey exploring a young woman’s mental state.

The Borås Tidning’s Debut Prize is the largest Swedish literary award focused on debutants and the winner will be announced in February.
