“Like the Dogs in Lafayette Park is an absorbing novel about the widow Jeanette, who steps into the world to reconcile her private research about workplace death accidents with Angela Davis’ fight for black equality. This is also an unpredictable depiction of existential dignity in the crumbling Swedish welfare state.”
Anneli Jordahl, born in 1960, is an author and critic. She made her literary debut in 2009 and has since written several critically praised novels as well as works of non-fiction.
