Norstedts Agency is part of Norstedts, Sweden’s oldest publishing house, founded in 1823. Our publishing group includes Norstedts, Printz Publishing, Brombergs and Rabén & Sjögren, and we represent some of the most acclaimed and distinctive voices in contemporary Scandinavian literature, including Johannes Anyuru, Elin-Anna Labba, Ruth Kvarnström-Jones, Tone Schunnesson and Balsam Karam.

We also proudly represent the estates of some of Sweden’s most influential literary authors, among them P.O. Enquist, Torgny Lindgren and Stig Dagerman — writers whose works continue to shape readers and literary conversations across generations and borders.

For more than 60 years, we have been selling translation, film and theatrical rights worldwide, with a strong international network and a deep commitment to long-term authorship. We represent both fiction and non-fiction, combining literary heritage with a forward-looking perspective on storytelling and rights management.
