Gunilla Thorgren, born 1943, is a journalist and former politician and was during the seventies one of the founders of feminist Grupp 8, which played an important part of the Swedish feminist movement. She was also the editor for magazine R for many years. In her political life she worked closely together with the Minister of Cultural affairs.
