Amer Sarsour has performed on the national and international poetry scene for the past ten years. He attended Biskops Arnö School of Writing and holds a master’s degree in rhetoric from Uppsala University. For his work as a workshop leader in creative writing, Amer was awarded Uppsala Municipality’s Gösta Knutsson Memorial Scholarship. As We Burn is his debut novel.
